Cancellation Policy. (participants)
We aim to keep our training fees low so that we can offer a cost-effective training solutions. In order to be able to do this, we are regrettably forced to charge for cancelled bookings. Should you need to cancel or reschedule please be aware of the following.
– made 10 working days or more before the course commencement date – you will be entitled to a full refund/credit
– less than 10 working days before a course or a “no show” on the commencement day of a course – we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.
If you withdraw from the course due to a family bereavement or illness we can offer you a place on our next course.
If you cancel your course in accordance with these terms, a refund will be made to you, using the same method as you made your original payment.
All refund credits may take up to 30 days from date of written request and accepted refund.
Participants should be in the training venue at least 15 minutes before the notified course start time.
Participants who are late for a course by more than half an hour will not be permitted on the course.
Cancellation Policy (All Safety Training)
In the event of some unforeseen circumstance that All Safety Training have to cancel this
course, we will reschedule it for a later date and accommodate each participant to find
another suitable date.
The policy below is for the protection of All Safety Training.
In the unlikely event the course must be cancelled All Safety Training will have no liability for loss of income of the customer, All Safety Training will endeavour to place the customer on the next possible or find an alternative provider to facilitate the customer.
